Welcome to the home of the Waverley Warriors softball page.  Waverly Heights Community Club provides offers several age groups of softball. The Learn to Play program is for 5-7 year olds. In 2012, Softball has changed the age category names to U10 (formerly Mites), U12 (formerly Squirts), U14 (formerly Peewee), U16 (formerly Bantam), and U18 (formerly Midget). The age categories are based on age as of December 31st. Registration Fees for 2012:

 FEES                                Level I (under 18)                 $57.00                   Level I (18 & over)               $94.00                                Level II                                   $105.00                 Level III                                  $110.00                                Level IV & V                           $116.00 Fees must be paid in advance of each clinic by cash or cheque.  Cheque is to be made payable to Softball Manitoba and mailed along with the Umpire Affiliation Form by March 31st to 145 Pacific Avenue, Winnipeg, MB  R3B 2Z6. 
IMPORTANT NOTE:         Level I and first year Level II are 2 day clinics.         Recertification will require 1 day attendance.  Level II’s attending a recertification clinic must be at least 2nd year.         Level III is by invitation only.         The Mechanics Clinic is not a recertification clinic; it is strictly a mechanics clinic.  All travelling umpires will be required to attend a recertification clinic as well as the Mechanics Clinic.  The Mechanics Clinic is open to any registered umpire at no charge.
